Dine Out Club
Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County's Dine Out Club gives older adults the opportunity to enjoy dining at local restaurants throughout the region.
What is The Dine Out Club?
The Dine Out Club is a meal voucher program that partners with local restaurants to serve those over the age of 60. Participants may pick from a specially curated menu that meets nutrition standards set by the Older Americans Act (OAA). Click on our partnered restaurants below to see their menus and hours!
*For your convenience, the restaurants have wall-mounted donation boxes for cash and checks. You may also mail donations to the address at the bottom of this page or by clicking the green "Donate" button at the top. No eligible person will be denied a card based on their inability to contribute.

- You may use your card up to 8 times per month. Your card will not work if you attempt to use it after 8 times. On the first day of each month, 8 new meals will be available to you. Meals do not carry over month-to-month.
- You are able scan the QR code on the back of your Dine Out Club card to see your balance of meals. Open your phone camera, point it at the QR code and click on the popup. Suggestion: track the dates you use your card on the white sleeve it came in.
- As per program guidelines, Dine Out Club cards that have not been used for 90 days will be deactivated. Program guidelines can be found here.
- New applications, replacement cards or requests for cards to be re-activated may take up to eight weeks to process.
