  • The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides nutrition benefits to eligible low-income individuals and families so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.

  • Referral Education Assistance & Prevention Program (REAP) is a prevention program available to all older adults 60+ in New Hampshire. The program is designed to help you take control of your life, to live a happy, healthy, and independent lifestyle. Counselors can help with such this as mental health struggles, overcoming grief, and substance abuse struggles.

The Caregivers 

  • The goal of The CareGivers is to help the elderly and disabled in the Greater Manchester and Nashua area to remain in their homes for as long as possible. The CareGivers, Inc. recruits, screens, trains, and coordinates volunteers to offer presence and assistance to those in need. They provide non-medical services such as transportation, assistance with grocery shopping, free food packages, friendly visits, and reassurance calls. The care-receivers are often alone, on fixed incomes and without other means of assistance. All services are free of charge.
  • Caring Cupboard: This personalized mobile food pantry program provides and delivers free groceries to eligible neighbors in need. From the taking and packing of individualized food orders to the personally delivered groceries, this program is totally volunteer driven.
